As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll be the primary client contact, guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction while developing lasting client relationships.
** What you’ll do
*** Own scope, schedule, and budget; lead and mentor team members.
* Plan, design, and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and public improvement plans (Civil 3D).
* Navigate permitting with local municipalities, school districts, and DSA.
* Drive client service and BD: nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and support proposals.
* Champion QA/QC, specifications, and consultant coordination; support construction admin.
** Experience that stands out
*** California PE (active) and 8+ years progressive experience, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
* Expert Civil 3D skills (Micro Station a plus).
* Proven work with SDUSD/DSA/OSHPD/military and Design-Build delivery.
* Helpful extras: proposal writing, training/mentoring, resource planning, hydrology studies, LEED calcs, SWPPP and stormwater management reports, specs writing/editing, and field/CA.

** Estimated annual base salary range is $70,000 to $140,000 based on level of experience and ability.
