NIKA is hiring for a Planning and Design Management Support to support our client at Naval Medical Center San Diego (Balboa), CA. The role is contingent upon contract award.

• Develop planning documents (SOWs, work scopes, project plans, phasing/relocation plans, design specifications, RFPs, cost estimates) for Minor Projects
• Consult with FMD and NMCSD staff to develop planning documents and identify/prioritize new projects
• Submit planning documents to the Government within 21 calendar days of request, with minimal rework
• Provide weekly reports of newly identified projects (detailed and complete)
• Attend meetings and conduct site visits as required by the Government

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field, OR 8 years of construction/engineering experience
• MUST be US citizen and have ability to obtain security clearance
