Senior Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of land development projects from concept through construction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee technical civil design tasks including hydrologic calculations, earthwork, and mapping documents.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and coordinate interdisciplinary project efforts.
• Interact with clients to understand project requirements and foster ongoing relationships.

Senior Civil Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required;
  California registration preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant land development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with stormwater in San Diego County is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
