Associate Civil Project Manager

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Minimum of 6 years of public works experience, or 10 years of total related experience

• Lead and support public works, capital improvement, and design-build infrastructure projects
• Supervise engineering designers, including work assignments, quality control, and performance oversight
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, scopes of work, and fee proposals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and public agency stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures
• Contribute to preliminary engineering studies, design development, and construction documents
• Support pipeline and utility projects, improvement plans, and public works specifications
