Senior Industrial Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Industrial Engineer to spearhead operational excellence initiatives at their facility in George . • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and systems.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and project leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in simulation software and advanced data analytics tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
