We’re hiring a Bar & Revenue Manager to lead bar operations across concerts, festivals, private events, and VIP experiences. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on excellent execution: staffing, service standards, inventory/cost control, and smooth show‑night operations—plus supporting revenue‑driving initiatives like VIP upgrades and beverage sponsor ships/partnerships.

• Lead bar operations across concerts, festivals, and private events
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach bartenders, barbacks, and support staff
• Own ordering, inventory, cost controls, and post‑event reporting
• Coordinate with ops, security, production, and box office for seamless nights
• Support night‑of VIP upgrades and guest sales initiatives
• Support beverage partnerships and sponsorship activations as needed

• High‑volume venue/nightlife bar leadership experience
• Strong systems mindset: staffing, speed of service, inventory, reporting
• Guest‑facing leadership and comfort with sales/upsell moments
• Nights/weekends required
