At Play Station, our core values of innovation, quality, community, diversity, creativity, and unwavering dedication to the customer drive everything we do.

As a leader within the Partner and Data Products team, you will innovate and manage a suite of products for creators and partners, ensuring our platforms meet and exceed the expectations of our diverse and vibrant community. We bring together game developers, publishers, software engineers, data analysts and scientists, content creators, network services, cybersecurity, live operations, and cross‑functional professionals—all working together to create incredible experiences enjoyed by millions on a daily basis across the globe.

Working flexibly from home and from one of our U.S.–based offices.

You will:
  • Lead product vision on a suite of technical and professional products that enable content creators, developers, and publishers to bring the best games to Play Station.
  • Own and drive an end‑to‑end roadmap that advances and accelerates the craft of content creation—from internal and partner tools, to APIs and more.
  • Work with leaders from various world‑class engineering teams and professionals in the game development and game platform business.
  • Drive the execution of your vision and strategy, collaborating across engineering, design, research, and program management.
  • Develop artifacts, lead workshops and other rituals to ensure a broad understanding and alignment of product requirements and customer needs.
You have:
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a creator or publisher‑focused digital environment.
  • A healthy blend of deep technical knowledge with a production‑focused mindset and empathy for creative customers and partners.
  • A consistent record working on content systems or next‑best‑action platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills; you can synthesize context, present trade‑offs, and drive decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong product intuition paired with a comfort navigating technical discussions and experimentation methodologies.
  • Prior experience in game development, publishing, or similar high‑scale B2B platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with build/buy/partner frameworks and platform‑level architecture evaluations.
  • Comfort leading roadmap discussions and influencing at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Experience operating in global or multi‑market product environments.
