Summary
Legends is a premier global premium experiences company dedicated to delivering world‑class events and exceptional guest experiences. At Pechanga Arena San Diego, we support a wide range of concerts, sporting events, and special productions that require precise staffing and seamless coordination. The Part‑Time Food & Beverage Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day food and beverage operations during events, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, food safety compliance, and team member performance.
This position provides leadership to frontline staff, supports venue operations, and helps deliver a positive guest experience while maintaining company standards and profitability.
- Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned events and shifts.
- Lead, coach, and support hourly team members, including concessions, premium areas, bars, and warehouse staff as assigned.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained throughout all service locations.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with break schedules, labor deployment, and operational adjustments.
- Verify compliance with food safety, health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate operational updates, event details, and service expectations.
- Resolve guest concerns and service issues professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to warehouse and management teams.
- Ensure cash handling, POS procedures, and financial controls are followed.
- Perform opening, operational, and closing procedures for assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all food and beverage locations.
- Complete event reports, incident documentation, and other operational records as required.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Support special events, concerts, sporting events, and other venue operations as needed.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous supervisory experience in food service, concessions, hospitality, restaurants, stadiums, arenas, or event venues preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems preferred.
