Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mortgage Loan Processor role located in San Diego, CA. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for managing and processing loan files from application to closing. Key tasks include reviewing loan applications, collecting and verifying necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintaining clear communication with clients, loan officers, and other stakeholders. The role requires a high level of attentiveness to detail and the ability to manage multiple files in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage loan processing, knowledge of loan programs (e.g., VA Loans, FHA, Non-QM loans) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, along with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in mortgage-related software, documentation review, and compliance standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, loan officers, and clients.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus.
