Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year

Our team is seeking a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join our Family Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to pursue Partner as the current leaders retire and succession planning becomes focus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal and state tax, tax returns, and experience dealing with high net worth individuals. The role will require a deep understanding of gift, trust and estate taxation and the ability to provide strategic tax planning advice to our clientele.
Responsibilities- Lead tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families, trusts, estates, and pass-through entities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to family members on income tax, gift, estate, and wealth-transfer strategies
- Coordinate with external tax advisors, attorneys, and investment professionals to ensure aligned planning and execution
- Review complex federal and state tax returns; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and risk management
- Provide proactive tax planning around liquidity events, investments, and generational transitions
- Oversee and mentor junior tax staff or coordinate work performed by outside firms
