Associate Financial Advisor

A growing advisory firm is seeking a Sub-Advisor / Associate Advisor to support senior advisors and play an active role in delivering a high‑touch, planning‑focused client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed or near‑licensed professional who enjoys working directly with clients, participating in review meetings, and gaining hands‑on exposure to financial planning and implementation—without full book ownership.

• Participating in annual and year‑end client review meetings alongside senior advisors
• Supporting financial planning updates, retirement planning discussions, and implementation
• Serving as a secondary point of contact for client relationships
• Preparing client materials, summaries, and follow‑up documentation
• Coordinating execution of recommendations and tracking open items
• Maintaining accurate client records and workflows within CRM and planning systems

• Experience supporting client review cycles in a wealth management or advisory environment
• Interest in long‑term advisory development and financial planning
• Series 65 (or working toward licensing) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a collaborative, team‑based advisory model

• Hands‑on client exposure with strong mentorship
• Clear path toward a senior advisory role
• Balanced mix of planning, service, and client interaction
