- $30.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This JobAxos is seeking a Special Assets Analyst who will be responsible for tracking tasks related to adversely graded loans within the Bank's loan portfolio in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures. Ensure credit tasks are kept up to date related to appropriate workout strategies to maximize value of loan assets in the portfolio.
Responsibilities- Perform financial and collateral analysis for due diligence and evaluate loan repayment ability regarding asset‑based lending portfolio to minimize credit losses.
- Review ongoing financial and collateral performance on existing portfolio accounts. Analyze and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximize value of loan assets. Perform and approve (as needed) loan reviews.
- Monitor loans in bankruptcies and receiverships. Support loss mitigation requests and recommend workout options, including loan modification, deed in lieu, and short sale requests. Ensure compliance with servicing guides, process special assets inquiries such as taxes, insurance, appraisals, inspections, and identifying potential vendors for such tasks.
- Perform activities associated with maintaining process/operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems and the flow of information.
- Receive clear communication including feedback, coaching, individual needs assessment, and training gaps, including regular one‑on‑one performance reviews to ensure performance and quality standards are being met.
- Preparation of documentation of amendments, restructures, client requests and review reports according to regulations, policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
