Job Description & How to Apply Below

A well-known private markets platform is hiring an Investment Operations Analyst to support its Private Debt / Credit business. This is a hands-on role sitting close to the investment and treasury workflows, with responsibility across loan settlements, fund allocations, capital calls, and cash monitoring.

They’re open to candidates coming from Big 4/Top 10 audit, fund accounting, middle office, or investment operations backgrounds, as long as you’ve had exposure to credit funds or private debt.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate and support the settlement/closing of private debt and co-investment loan transactions
  • Allocate loans across investment vehicles in line with the allocation policy
  • Support treasury and cash management, including capital calls, distributions, liquidity monitoring, and FX where applicable
  • Partner with external stakeholders (loan managers, administrators, custodians, banks) to ensure accurate, timely completion of transactions
  • Prepare trade files, monitor data quality, and ensure bookings are recorded on schedule
  • Support the investment team with transaction-related requests, reporting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Contribute to process improvement and day-to-day operational support across the private debt platform

What they’re looking for

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in one of the following:
  • Investment operations / middle office at an asset manager
  • Audit with alternative investment clients (credit/private debt a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exposure to cash management / treasury workflows is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and solid overall Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Organized, proactive, and able to take ownership while working cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Why it’s interesting

  • Direct exposure to transaction execution and the operational engine behind a private debt platform
  • Highly collaborative environment with visibility across investment, treasury, and external partners
  • Opportunity to grow within a scaled private markets organization
