Options For All, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in San Diego, CA.

• Act as a strategic partner to the Controller/CFO by utilizing planning and forecasting insights to identify long-term growth opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and inform high-level decision‑making.
• Lead the development and execution of long‑range financial plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts across departments and business units.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive monthly reporting processes, including variance analysis against budget and forecast, and communicate findings to senior & executive leadership.
• Prepare executive, board‑level, and external stakeholder presentations.
• Own and enhance financial models for scenario planning, program expansion, cost optimization, and investment evaluations. Support enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
• Act as financial business partner to department leaders, assisting in budget ownership and accountability. Lead or support implementation and optimization of financial planning software, tools, and dashboards.
• Mentor junior financial analysts and provide guidance on data analysis best practices. Collaborate with accounting to support accurate monthly close processes and ensure alignment of actuals to forecast.
• Manage ad‑hoc projects and strategic financial requests from the Executive Team.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and participate in internal control process improvements.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation as needed.
• Analyze and summarize key financial and operational KPIs and present actionable insights in a visually compelling manner.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Finance, Economics, International Business, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in financial planning and analysis at a nonprofit organization.
• Must have experience with:
  • Financial grants reporting and nonprofit finance.
  • Financial reporting tools and data visualization – Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio.
  • GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • FP&A tools such as Net Suite, Vena, or Adaptive Insights.

• 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• 5 day 40 hr/wk.
