Beam Global, , is a clean technology innovator which develops and manufactures sustainable infrastructure products and technologies for electric vehicle (EV) charging, energy storage, energy security and outdoor media. The EV ARC is a solar-powered EV charging station that stores energy from sunshine for charging day or night and provides EV charging and emergency power during grid failures. It requires no trenching, no foundations or no installation work of any kind, is deployed in minutes and can be moved to a new location with ease.

Products are invented and manufactured in San Diego, CA, Chicago, IL, Belgrade and Kraljevo, Serbia and has an office in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Company is listed on Nasdaq under the symbol BEEM.

We are looking for an Accountant in our San Diego headquarters. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. The position will report to the Controller.

Core Responsibilities

* General Ledger:
Prepare journal entries, bank and account reconciliations.

* Payroll:
Process bi-weekly payroll with ADP software.

* Accounts Receivables & Payables:
Process customer and vendor invoices as needed. Calculate sales tax on customer invoices as applicable.

* Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow).

* Audit:
Assist in preparation of audit schedules. Ensure adherence to internal controls and legal regulations.

* Leadership:
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Production, and Engineering, to meet manufacturing schedules and support cost control initiatives.

* Other duties as assigned.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

* Experience:

1 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of US GAAP.

* Technical Proficiency:
Microsoft Excel skills required. Hands-on experience with large ERP accounting software, preferred Net Suite.
