Senior Acquisitions Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, the Senior Analyst, Acquisitions supports portfolio-level, entity-level, and one-off investment opportunities and assists senior deal captains with the evaluation and execution of transactions. The Senior Analyst must be able to manage confidential information, prioritize multiple deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment, bringing prior transaction experience to support the Acquisitions team.

Use in-depth knowledge of products and relationships, as well as third-party products to work with SVPs and VPs in identifying business needs

Opportunity to work with Senior Executives and Chief Investment Officer on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant work experience required

Commercial real estate acquisitions, investment banking, brokerage shop, development, and/or corporate finance experience strongly preferred

Experience with financial modeling, commercial real estate concepts, fundamentals, theories, and finance Team player; willing to offer or seek help, accept, and provide constructive feedback

The base pay range for this role is $64,462 - $77,848 - $93,071.Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process.

An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
