Healthcare Treasury Management Officer II

Position Overview

We are hiring a Treasury Management Officer II for PNC’s Treasury Management Healthcare Sales organization. The role is based in Century City, CA;
Irvine, CA;
San Diego, CA; or Walnut Creek, CA. This is an in‑office position within a collaborative culture that supports work life balance.

• Coordinate relationship‑management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Create and maintain a book of business, managing moderate risk and complexity clients with a moderate degree of supervision.
• Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document non‑credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return, mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks, and ensure compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Provide strategic insights and solutions to increase client engagement and deepening the share of wallet.
• Build and leverage internal and external relationships (e.g., community, industry) to acquire new clients or expand existing ones.
• Maintain awareness of PNC’s full suite of products and services, and use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
• Analyze, evaluate, and communicate treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarks, and solution positioning to inform business decisions.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certification).
• Experience:
  
  5+ years in industry‑relevant roles, with proven client relationship building and sales experience.
• Skills:
  
  Client relationship building, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, opportunity identification, business acumen, critical thinking, effective communication, prospecting, sales negotiation, and tech savviness.
• Certifications or licenses:
  None required, but related certifications are a plus.
• Preferred:
  Experience in the banking or financial services sector and knowledge of treasury products.

Base Salary: $84,500.00 – $ (varies by location, market data, and individual qualifications). The role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
