Job Title

In the context of our development, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to strengthen the Financial Control service and support the Administrative and Financial Manager in their area.

Your mission is to provide reliable financial information for the projects for which you are responsible.

This means that you work closely with the project teams and supported by Assistant(s) Management, you must:

• Prepare the final accounts and the elaboration of the monthly budget control (control of budget advancements and updates of remaining expenses, justification of differences, verification of activity forecasts and margins);
• Ensure the follow-up of project opportunities, risks and alert the operational staff;
• Verify the follow-up and commitment of supplier and subcontractor expenses;
• Manage invoicing, client follow-ups, guarantees and bank guarantees;
• Follow up on the contractual management of affairs;
• Understand and manage all these aspects from both a company management and project management perspective.

You are the guarantor of the good respect of internal procedures in all these missions and have a role as a guide/advisor for the project teams that carry out the financial follow-up of projects on a daily basis.

This position is available on a permanent basis in Issy Les Moulineaux. Immediate start. Travel to the Paris region is expected.

• Holder of a higher education degree (Bac +4/5) from a university or business school, you are specialized in financial control and have successful prior experience in a similar position.
• Rigorous, curious and with good interpersonal skills, you wish to put your skills at the service of a company in full development.
• Advanced mastery of Excel is indispensable.
