Compensation

Axos Bank Target Range: $18.00/Hr.

- $27/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Within Deposit Operations, responsible for a variety of regular and recurring deposit operational and electronic banking functions to support the overall bank deposit operations.

• Completes more complex account maintenance, such as vesting changes.
• Researches and completes Service Cloud cases within their rotational unit; follows up with customers with resolution as needed.
• Researches and analyzes clients’ bank accounts to detect and prevent possible fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions.
• Prepares and maintains appropriate reports of fraudulent and illegal activities and transactions for clients’ bank accounts.
• Completes daily tasks such as wire processing, stop payments, exception processing, mobile deposit review, etc.
