Banking Internship Opportunity

Are you looking for a banking internship and interested in origination? This opportunity is for you!

You will join the International Trade and Transaction Banking (ITB) division, which supports Crédit Agricole CIB clients in managing their international trade and transaction banking needs.

More specifically, you will join the ITB Origination team, which includes several sales professionals responsible for supporting Large Corporate and SMEs of Crédit Agricole CIB in developing their trade finance, export finance, transaction banking, and receivables and supply chain finance operations.

Concretely, your missions will be as follows:

• Prepare commercial documents ("pitches") for clients.
• Structure the proposed solutions (quotations, profitability calculations, PNB, etc.).
• Write various internal requests (support for ITB business committee, ad hoc requests, legal agreements, compliance, etc.).
• Work on the annual reviews of client facilities and regular follow-up of these facilities.
• Collect and consolidate commercial information from internal services and Crédit Agricole CIB's international network.
• Coordinate internally the implementation of new operations (back and middle offices, risk, legal, subject matter experts, Crédit Agricole CIB's global network, etc.).
• Prepare and follow the commercial action plan per client, particularly regarding PNB, consumption of equity, and liquidity.

On a portfolio of clients composed of large enterprises, SMEs, and public entities, you will participate in the daily support of sales responsible for international trade and transaction banking.

You will work in a dynamic international environment, in close collaboration with several banking functions (coverage, product lines, structuring, back and middle office, etc.).

The content of the internship requires commercial exposure.
