Commercial Underwriting Analyst II

Salary & Bonuses

Axos Bank Target Range: $24/Hr.

- $32/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

Support Commercial Lending Group by working with originators and underwriters to support the team in screening, underwriting and monitoring loans.

• Performs basic credit analysis – may include analyzing operating statements, recommending risk ratings.
• Analyzes Commercial Lending, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Equipment, and Loan and Lease Receivables collateral across an array of collateral types.
• Analyzes financial data to determine customers' financial status.
• Making process improvement and action recommendations researched and supported by data and key metrics.
• Supports administrative aspects of the originations process including document collection, organization, and tracking of due diligence requirements.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions.
