Comptable Private Equity Real Estate H​/F

Job Title

You have experience in fund administration, particularly in fund accounting, and wish to leverage your skills in a comprehensive role covering client relations and portfolio management for Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, or Securitization funds.

Your team You will join the fund accounting and valuation service of the Private Equity Real Estate Solutions (PERES) business line which will support your integration. The service provides valuation and accounting administration services to fund managers and management companies. It covers, through 4 specialized teams, on the one hand the Private Equity and Infrastructure asset classes (FCPR / FCPI type funds), and on the other hand Real Estate (OPCI and OPPCI type funds), Private Debt / Securitization (OFS and FCT type funds).

Your missions

Direct contact with your clients, you ensure the management of your fund portfolios on all valuation operations, from transaction recording to accounting information for depositaries and auditors.

In close contact with fund managers and depositaries, responding to their specific needs, within the regulatory framework:

• You formalize the reconciliations (banking, securities, number of circulating titles, etc.) and propose corrective solutions in case of detected anomalies
• You calculate and make available the net asset values for validation, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the data
• You follow your portfolios in terms of transactions, securities transactions, subscription and redemption operations, analysis of fund settlements, participation in the modeling of waterfalls, review of legal documentation, and follow-up of financial instruments
• You produce annual reports, periodic reports, and Banque de France declarations, accounting information, and necessary dossiers for portfolio managers, depositaries, and auditors.
