Job DescriptionBased in Issy les Moulineaux, under the responsibility of the Director of BO, IT, and Treasury Reporting, you will be working as a treasurer in charge of treasury IT systems whose main missions are:
1. Support and functional administration of various treasury applications:
· Kyriba: administration of entities and bank accounts, users and rights, first-level operational support, training of new users, various (management of 3SKey tokens, etc..)
· Bank communication: administration of Ebics TS, swiftnet, and SFTP protocols
· Neofilink: monitoring of existing flows (interfacing between numerous internal applications), Ebics T, first-level support on incidents
· Titan (3VFinance): management of studies/reporting
2. Participation in the deployment/development projects of treasury applications:
· International deployments of Group tools on account statement collection/reconciliations/payments
· Establishment of processes and procedures on these country deployments
· Participation in the implementation of a second international cashpooling
· Consideration of the implementation of a backup solution for payments/collections
3. Operational management of the back-office of market operations and international cashpooling:
· Control and validation of financial operations entered by the FO
· Consolidation of the Group's daily CPI position and balancing flows (more than 50 entities in 15 different currencies)
Holder of a bachelor's degree +5 in management/finance such as a business school or equivalent university degree
Experience in treasury, as well as knowledge of the Group's treasury tools (Kyriba, etc.) and banking protocols, is indispensable
Mastery of English and Excel, team spirit, organization, and a strong taste for the management of information systems are assets for this position
