Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 / Year DOE
Associate Wealth Advisor Responsibilities:
- First 90 days:
Learn the operational side of the business, including securities trading, wire transfers, opening new accounts, and daily operations. - Support financial planning and investment modeling efforts for current clients.
- Assist in expanding planning and financial modeling capabilities for existing clients.
- Receive training in operations, securities trading, and investment management.
- Progress into supporting client meetings and financial plan reviews.
- Answer client questions and assist with ongoing client service needs.
- Over time, work directly with clients independently and as part of the advisory team.
- Conduct approximately 20–25 quarterly client meetings (primarily in person) to review financial plans.
- Articulate the company's investment strategy and value proposition to existing and prospective clients.
- Develop networking and business development skills to help attract new clients.
- Transition into a full client-facing Financial Advisor role over time.
- Benefit from mentorship and professional development under a partner with CFP®, CFA®, and CPA credentials.
Associate Wealth Advisor Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client-facing roles and financial planning
- CFP certification or nearing completion within 6 to 12 months
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skills required)
- Bachelor's degree in financial planning, accounting, or economics is required
- Experience with Money Guide Pro for planning is preferred
