Responsibilities- Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
- Advanced capability of all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes.
- Begin to prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans and investments and portfolio allocations.
- Assist in preparation for client meetings, documenting discussions, and driving client follow-up.
- Mentor others and provide oversight of work.
- Primary role is as secondary advisor.
- Begin to progress to greater independence related to client execution items and ultimately client relationship management and independent decisions.
- Understand client contracts, fee schedules and the onboarding process.
- Maintain solid and active relationships with COI peers; provide critical support to client team revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4‑8 years of experience.
- CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes.
- Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Docu Sign, Microsoft Suite, and Planning Software.
- Developing others.
- Relationship/Practice Management.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- High emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $80,000‑$155,700 USD per year. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements- Work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Required to work onsite 4 days per week.
