Growing Digital Bank About the Opportunity

I'm partnered with a rapidly growing digital bank looking to hire a senior leader to build and scale its consumer credit card business. This executive will own card strategy from the ground up while partnering directly with senior banking leadership to shape the future of the platform. The organization has an established banking business, strong executive sponsorship, and is making a significant investment in expanding its consumer lending and credit card capabilities.

• Full credit card P&L
• Credit card product buildout and growth strategy
• Customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Portfolio growth, profitability, and performance analytics
• Partnerships across Marketing, Credit Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance
• Team leadership and executive-level stakeholder management

We're looking for leaders who have:

• Built, launched, or scaled a credit card program
• Direct ownership of a card portfolio and P&L
• Experience across acquisition, growth, profitability, and customer lifecycle management
• Deep expertise in credit cards, unsecured lending, or consumer lending
• Built and led high-performing teams
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership experience

• Executive-level compensation package including bonus and equity
