Overview
Bernstein Private Wealth Management is a premier investment management firm that serves high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. This Associate role partners with Financial Advisors to provide asset allocation recommendations, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics, and wealth and legacy planning.
Responsibilities- Collaborate and network with senior professionals to support career growth.
- Partner with Financial Advisors to build their business and provide service & support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting preparation.
- Build relationships with clients and prospective clients to understand and support all aspects of their servicing needs.
- Strive to deliver world‑class customer service and support.
All Associates participate in ADP, a comprehensive training program designed to develop investment knowledge, quantitative and qualitative skills, and client‑service excellence.
- In‑depth industry training on proprietary investments, services, policies and procedures.
- Advanced training on trusts & estates, wealth planning, investment management philosophies, and financial management strategies.
- Training focused on client service excellence, partnership and sales to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Behavioral training for communication, leadership, and other professional skills.
- Career management, one‑on‑one coaching, and specialized skills training for long‑term success.
Associates may advance to client service leadership, wealth strategies, investment strategies, or become an Advisor by building their own business.
Qualifications- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player who thrives in a rigorous and challenging environment.
- Client‑focused, detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Desired qualifications: 1–2 years client service experience; financial services industry experience is a plus. The firm will sponsor required series exams (SIE, Series7, Series
63); licensed candidates are preferred.

Salary DisclosureThe minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is $72,000–$77,000. Actual base salary may vary based on factors such as education, training, performance, and other job‑related factors. Base salary is one component of total compensation, which may include benefits, commissions, year‑end incentive compensation, and other incentives.
