SVP/Commercial Banking Team Leader
Excellent opportunity for an SVP/Commercial Banking Team Leader with a very successful regional financial institution. Focus will be on driving new commercial loan business along with recruiting and managing a team of commercial lenders and staff. Ability to generate all types of commercial, construction, & SBA loans. Very competitive salary + aggressive comp structure offered.
Minimum 10 yrs of commercial lending experience required
Management experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred
Formal credit training required
Ability to drive market share and attract new business customers
Familiarity with the San Diego market
