Financial Manager
Job Title
Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on financial performance, business planning, investments, and growth opportunities.
Lead all finance functions.
Direct the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Drive financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics across the organization.
Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
Lead due diligence and financial integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Champion process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives that enhance financial operations and decision-making.
QualificationsBachelor's degree required;
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration focus strongly preferred; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
13+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
Proven experience leading complex finance organizations within large or rapidly growing organizations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, internal controls, and corporate finance.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategy.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and large-scale organizational transformation is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial systems, business intelligence, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
