We currently have an exciting career opportunityonour Tax teams in our San Diego officefor Fall 2026 .

Cohn Reznickis a hybrid firm and most of our professionals arelocatedwithin a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid,which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence isdeterminedat the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

• Engagement Team:You will work closely on a team made up of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners

• Industries:We serve a variety of clients across industries,including:
  
  Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services (varies by office)

• Office:Our Cohn Reznickoffice  comes with amenitiesandcollaborative spaces.

• Performance Coach:Will meet with you toestablishgoals, provide feedback and support to guide you along your career path of choice;many of our current Senior Managers and Partners were once CR Associates themselves.

YOUR ROLE.

As a Tax Associate, you willbe responsible for becoming familiar with current tax theories and laws and performing procedures in accordance withfirm standards and inan accurate,thoroughandtimelymanner. In addition, you will:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work on a variety of client deliverables including preparation of tax returns, including Individuals, Partnerships and Corporate tax returns.

• Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances based on audited or client provided trial balances.

• Research filing requirements and tax issues using internal revenue code, treasury regulations,and other relevant authorities/guidance.

• Manage daily clientworkflowand multiple client projects at any given time.
• Draft tax technical memorandums.
