Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join their banking client's team in San Diego. This position is a contract role lasting 90+ days, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in escrow processes and be familiar with RBJ software.
Requirements:- Education requirement:
High School Diploma.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation:Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform Officer’s duties for all assigned files, including funding and closing of all escrow transactions.
- Utilize RBJ software effectively for escrow operations.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer.
- Demonstrate knowledge of mobile home, commercial real estate sales, probate, and bulk transfer transactions, which is considered a plus.
- Ensure bondability and pass a background check by the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and Escrow Agents Fidelity Corporation.
- Education requirement:
High School Diploma. - 2+ years of recent escrow officer experience
- Proficient with RJB Software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office systems
