Compensation: $22.00 - $23.50 an hour, plus incentives

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job‑related considerations permitted by law.

This position is part‑time.

As a Senior Teller, you'll serve as both a teller and platform representative, providing members with comprehensive financial support and guidance. • Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including:
  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Transfers
  • Loan payments
  • Wire transfers
  • Official checks
  • Cash advances
  • Gift cards
• Open new accounts, shares, and credit card accounts.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to identify products and services that best fit members' financial goals.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self‑service channels.
• Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities to help.
• Support branch and individual sales goals through referrals and cross‑selling that genuinely benefit members.

• Balance cash drawers and support end‑of‑day branch balancing activities.
• Prepare account‑opening and credit card documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Protect member information and company assets by following all security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA compliance.
• Assist team members with research and resolving balancing discrepancies.
• Participate in branch meetings, community events, and sales initiatives.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least:
  • 12 months of retail and/or customer service experience, or
  • 6 months of experience in a financial institution or similar industry.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Cash handling experience.
• Sales or cross‑selling experience.
• Experience in a retail banking or credit union environment.
• Familiarity with Symitar.
