Supv Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a SUPV FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT at NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS STATION (NAVCOMTELSTA). You will perform all duties defined by Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for first-level Supervisors for direct-reporting personnel. You will plan, assign and schedule work and evaluate subordinates' individual performance and work products to include reimbursable funding and other administrative actions pertaining to department operations.

You will formulate the command budget and cost estimates to support plans, problems and activities. You will analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's reimbursable programs and administrative operations. You will serve as the Financial Systems Subject Matter Expert utilizing a variety of budget and accounting programs to ensure funds are properly allocated and are being obligated in a timely and effective manner.

You will assist comptroller with coordinating annual budget requests and requirements for the command. You will identify problem areas and recommend solutions and necessary changes to supervisor.
