We are a Med Spa, Hormone Replacement, Anti Aging clinic seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage our financial records with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves full-time/part-time bookkeeping responsibilities, including transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, and reports directly to the Business Owner. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Quick Books and committed to maintaining organized and precise financial data.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy
• Track expenses and monitor budgets
• Prepare financial reports for business review
• Perform data entry related to financial activities
• Monitor and control budget adherence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books accounting software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in financial reporting
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent data entry capabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
