Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Project Development and Finance practice in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in project development and/or finance at a large national or international firm.
Duties- Advise clients on project finance transactions.
- Collaborate with lenders and sponsors to structure deals.
- Identify and mitigate potential transaction risks.
- Coordinate with global colleagues on regulatory and industry issues.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in project development and/or finance preferred.
- Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
CertificationsAdmission to the state bar in California.
