Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a VP of Finance to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $103.00 to $110.00 per hour.

Lead financial strategy and provide guidance to executive leadership on business performance, growth initiatives, and long term planning.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial reporting processes to support organizational objectives.

Develop financial models, operational metrics, and business analyses that support informed decision making.

Partner with operational departments to align financial goals with business priorities and performance expectations.

Lead and develop finance and accounting teams while driving process improvements, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Possess experience within manufacturing or other complex operational business environments.

Maintain knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management practices, and financial governance.

• A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Bring significant leadership experience in finance, accounting, or corporate financial management roles.
• Demonstrate expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, and operational analysis.
• Possess experience within manufacturing or other complex operational business environments.
• Maintain knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, risk management practices, and financial governance.

• Bring advanced certifications, graduate level education, or experience supporting privately held or growth focused organizations considered beneficial.
