Lead Esthetician

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Lead Esthetician based in San Diego, CA. The Lead Esthetician will oversee day‑to‑day activities, provide skincare services such as facial, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include supporting team members, driving sales of skincare products, advising clients on their skincare needs, and maintaining a clean and professional work environment.

Motivating and mentoring team members to uphold company standards will also be an integral part of this role.
