Pay range: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule/Shift: M-F, Non-Exempt position
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments.
- Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.
