Base pay range$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Job Description- Location: San Diego, CA 92101
- High School diploma or GED required
- Current Pharmacy Technician License required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
- Read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret data
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak, comprehend)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, resourceful, analytical
- Strong teamwork and consideration for others
- Accuracy, quickness, reliability, accountability, punctuality
- Ability to handle stressful, high‑volume pharmacy work
- Follow policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Fill prescriptions with vials or bubble packs (blister cards)
- Consult with pharmacist(s) regarding prescription order clarifications and other prescription problems or concerns
- Act as a team player and perform all tasks needed to improve workflows
- Collaborate with other departments to meet the goals and objectives of the company
- Act with urgency, ownership, and complete tasks at hand
- Learn and manage or troubleshoot robotic dispensing machine (Script Pro)
- Other duties as assigned
