Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role located in San Diego, CA, for a Registered Behavioral Therapist. The Registered Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing therapeutic support to clients. The role involves working directly with children, collaborating with families and other professionals, and monitoring and documenting client progress. This position requires an individual who can work effectively in a team‑oriented environment while delivering high‑quality care and support at our clinic and clients’ homes in San Diego.

Qualifications- Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with children
- Background in psychology
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Relevant certifications and licenses in behavioral therapy
- Experience in educational or clinical settings is a plus
- BA or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field preferred
