We optimize performance by training our ABA Clinical Directors, BCBA Case Supervisors and Registered Behavior Therapists on an ongoing basis in technologies and strategies to provide socially significant change to the individuals we treat. We follow the guidelines created by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) for both Behavior Therapists and Case Supervisors.

At ASC we provide Treatment with Heart which means we carefully select and create our therapeutic teams to match our client’s needs.

With offices in San Digeo, Orange County and Inland Empire, ASC is growing and seeking growth-minded individuals who would like to join our treatment team.

The San Digeo office is currently seeking qualified senior behavioral therapy level candidates interested in working either part or full-time providing direct services to children with autism and their families. Immediate openings exist in both the South Bay and North County areas of town. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Master's level BCBAs in training strongly encouraged to apply. BCBA Supervision in preparation to sit for the exam is provided.

Responsibilities

Working 1:1 in a home, clinic or preschool setting with young children with autism. Applicants must be adept and juggling both data collection and behavior management for their clients. ASC clientele range in age from 2 to 20 years old, and staff must be comfortable working with young children as well as adolescents with developmental disabilities, in a variety of settings.

Qualifications

Psychology majors preferred (in progress or completed), and higher compensation for Master's level applicants, with a love for play and children a must! Transportation required, so a car and valid driver's license is needed to apply. But the most important qualification is an ability to be a fun and creative member of a team of fantastic people!

Compensation rates are highly competitive, dependent on experience. While experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) or BCaBA candidates are preferred, ASC is willing to invest in any potential New Hires who desire to receive their training in order to become an RBT . All training is paid, including covering the cost of sitting for the RBT exam. Current RBT's will be eligible to relieve a $500 sign-on bonus.
