Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Option to make full-time and will add PTO from the second year onwards

Excel Health MD is looking for a Certified Health Coach to help facilitate our programs for practice members. You will work alongside our doctor to implement and follow up with practice members' individualized health plans to ensure they stay on track to achieve their health goals.

• are comfortable holding people accountable without judgment or criticism
• excel at asking direct questions to get to the heart of the matter
• help practice members explore their strengths and encourage them to stay on track with their health and meal plans, even when it’s challenging
• get excited about tracking, measuring, and reporting on practice members' progress and results
• have a broad understanding of specific health and wellness subjects designed to help practice members navigate their respective journeys
• possess exceptional listening and communication skills
• able to conduct discovery calls to explain the practice to new clients

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in health coaching or functional medicine
• Certification in Health Coaching and NBCHWC is preferred
• Additional Training in Functional Nutrition will be highly considered
