Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based Role | North San Diego

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school setting. If you love working with kids and want a meaningful role during school hours, this is an excellent opportunity.

As a School-Based RBT, you’ll work directly with students who benefit from behavioral support services. You’ll help implement behavior intervention plans, support skill development, and collaborate with school staff to create a positive learning environment.

$26-$28 per hour with Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

• Experienced BCBAs on staff who can provide the supervision you need
• Consistent school-day schedule (Monday–Friday)

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students in a classroom or school environment
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to maintain a supportive environment

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
• Ability to follow behavior plans and work under clinical supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• High school diploma (Required)
