• Deliver in‑person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
• Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field
• Experience working with children is required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
• Willingness to work fully in‑office at our San Diego location, Monday to Friday.

• Annual Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)
