Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in San Diego, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, creating and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and overseeing ABA therapy programs. The role involves providing parent education, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and support for staff and families are integral responsibilities of this position.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Strong expertise in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, writing, and organizational skills
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Newly Certified okay!
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience working with children and families is preferred
