Licensed Psychotherapist – W2 (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC)

Compensation: LMFT, LPC, LCSW – $45-$50/hour;
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) – $60-$70/hour; paid bi-weekly.

Role Summary

A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high‑quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence‑based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities.
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals.
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Full Time:
    Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 28 clients per week required.
  • Part Time:
    Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required.
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required.
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: LMFT, LPC, LCSW – $45-$50/hour.
  • Compensation:
    Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) – $60-$70/hour.

Requirements Licensed Therapist

Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license:
    Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Strong background in evidence‑based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).
  • Ability to provide therapy independently.
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.).
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings.
