Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) to join us.
We welcome both generalists and specialists, and especially those who enjoy providing
clinical supervision to all disciplines (psychological associates, AMFT, ASW, APCC), and who might also enjoy
psychological assessment (neurodivergence, personality, cognitive), working with children or families, or supporting
military and first responder communities.

What You’ll Get- Compensation:$91–$128 per hour, based on experience, supervision, and caseload

Our clinicians focus on care, not paperwork. We handle the logistics so you can focus on therapy, assessment, and leadership. Most psychologists build a full caseload within 6–8 weeks after we complete insurance credentialing and onboarding.
Who You Are- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in California - Open to supervising pre-licensed clinicians and contributing to a learning culture
- Has completed supervision training per BOP/BBS standards (or willing to do so)
- Passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based care
- Collaborative, kind, and excited to help shape a growing practice
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Supervise and mentor early-career clinicians in a supportive environment
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education
