Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

• Engage with patients and providers to collect information for precise registration
• Allocate Medical Record Numbers and schedule appointments
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Assist in managing patient inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient flow and services
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with all health regulations during interactions
