Front and Back Office Float- Dermatology and EMR; EMA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front and Back Office Float for a full-time position in our supportive, fast-paced, and high-volume dermatology practice. Our practice specializes in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology, including Mohs procedures. Familiarity with laser treatments and cosmetic procedures and products is a plus.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and can pivot between medical services and administrative support with ease.

Ideal candidates will have a B.A or B.S. seeking higher education in PA or Med School and have at least one year of recent, hands-on Medical Assistant and Front Receptionist experience. We’re looking for someone who can bring consistent energy, organization, and a calm presence to a dynamic team environment.

Assisting providers with patient care, assisting with procedures and Mohs, maintaining accurate EHR/EMR records (EMA and scribing experience preferred), and managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Scheduling appointments, data entry, verifying insurance, handling check-in and check-out process, collecting payments, and other duties as designated by management.

This FLOAT position supports both back office and front office workflows across providers and schedules as needed.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking under pressure, and possess strong professional maturity and interpersonal skills.

Authorization to work in the United States without delay is required, and candidates must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
