Registered Behavior Technician

This role is for a newly credentialed or seasoned behavior technician in the field. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and be credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Imagine if you could combine your passion for playing with children and making a difference into a rewarding career…

At EY Behavioral Services we believe our clinicians are the ‘heart’ of our company. Our clinical team is all about building a work environment where clinicians enjoy what they do and receive support and feedback to our clinicians & clients grow!

You will work closely under an experienced Behavior Analyst, learning the ropes of applying fun, interactive methods to help these incredible kids grow and learn new skills through behavior therapy.

As a Behavior Technician, your day will be filled with moments of teaching, games, and puzzling behavior challenges where you have the opportunity to create behavior breakthroughs. If you’re searching for the following work environment, our team may be perfect for you:

  • Individualized Support: Engage in monthly one‑on‑one sessions with our leadership team, focusing on your specific needs and professional development.
  • Team Vibe: Join our monthly team meetings & gatherings – where the entire team comes together for a mix of fun and training.
  • Direct Access to Leadership: Regular opportunities to interact with our CEO and founders, ensuring your insights contribute to our direction.
  • Career Advancement: Receive personalized career path assistance, helping you navigate your future within the field. This includes support in supervision hours to become a BCBA or BCaBA in the field.
  • Paid Training Opportunities: Take advantage of paid training opportunities to broaden your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Enjoy a small, collaborative team dynamic where everyone’s input is valued and impactful.
  • Ongoing Clinical Support: Benefit from skill development and weekly interactions with your BCBA & Supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be consistent and reliable in attending sessions. You must be open to learn, growing, and assisting our clients in doing the same. If collaborating with other clinicians isn't your preference, this role might not be the one for you.

Our team frequently collaborates (on a weekly basis) with clinical supervisors, which is essential for providing clinical support and creating an incredible team culture.
